Starting Your Experience
There’s no pressure to do things a certain way here. At Cedar and Soak, the space is designed to let you move at your own pace, whether you’re here to relax, reset, or support your overall well-being.
Our Community Room offers a shared wellness experience with cedar sauna and cold plunge, creating a welcoming atmosphere to unwind, recharge, and connect. If you’re looking for something more quiet and personal, our Private Room offers a more secluded space to settle in.
Halotherapy is also available in our Halo Booth, a private experience combining red light, oxygen, and salt therapy to support breath, skin, and overall wellness.
We also offer a diverse range of practitioners if you’re looking to explore deeper support or more personalized care. Visit 'Meet Our Practitioners' for more info.
Before Your Visit to Cedar

We have two changing rooms and lockers available to keep your belongings secure. Please use the changing rooms, as the locker area is co-ed. A blow dryer and hair straightener are also available for use after your session.

If you’re new, please arrive a few minutes early to check in and get oriented so your session can start on time. Please book your session in advance, as availability cannot be guaranteed without a reservation.

Like any wellness space, we require a signed liability waiver before using our facility. Please also review and agree to our studio rules and cancellation policy before your visit.

Cedar & Soak is a shared wellness space designed with community in mind. Even when booking the private room, guests share the locker room and common areas, and there is one shower located in the community space available to all guests, including private room bookings.
We have 6 first come first serve parking spaces available across from A&W. Please only park in the first 6 spots as the rest of the lot is reserved and violators may be towed.
Doing Halotherapy with cold plunge + sauna? These spaces are on opposite ends of the building, so please wear loose clothing when moving between the hallway & reception area. If starting in cold plunge/sauna first, bring dry clothes for the Halo Booth as wet clothing isn’t permitted.
