Donation/Sponsorship Request Policy

At Cedar and Soak, we’re proud to be part of a vibrant and supportive community. We believe in giving back and are happy to support local events, initiatives, and organizations whenever possible.

We receive a high volume of donation requests, and while we would love to support every one, we must prioritize those that align most closely with our values, community focus, and business capacity.

Who We Support

We’re most likely to support:

• Local wellness initiatives

• Non-profits focused on health, mental well-being, or community development

• Fundraisers or events that reflect our values around community, wellness, and care
   

What We Typically Donate

Depending on availability and the nature of your request, we may offer:

• Monetary donations, gift cards and/or passes for use of our cold plunge and sauna studio

• Branded merchandise

• In some cases, discounted group rates or experiences
   

We are not able to provide:

• Donations for political or religious causes
   

*Please note registered charities that can provide tax receipts will be given priority.

How to Apply

Please fill out the form below at least 4 weeks in advance of your event or initiative. While we do our best to review all requests, we cannot guarantee a donation or respond to every submission.

You will be contacted only if your request is approved. We do not accept in person requests.
