Choosing Your Room: Community or Private?

Community Room: To reserve a spot in this space, visit CLASSES and select the class that fits your preferred time slot. Available time slots will be displayed alongside the class.

Private Room: For booking this room, navigate to SERVICES and choose from our selection of four services. You can book for 1-2 people for either 40 or 60 minutes. Available time slots will be displayed accordingly.
Booking Entire Facility
Looking to book Cedar and Soak for a private experience? You can reserve the entire facility, including both the Community and Private Room for your group. Rates are $275 per hour for both rooms, or you can book just the Community Room for $230 per hour. Perfect for team building or special gatherings!

Booking Minors
Minors are welcome at our cold plunge wellness studio with parental discretion. They must always be accompanied by a parent or guardian, and we now offer Family Time in both the Community Room and Private Room.
Designated time slots are required, and all minors must be booked in advance.

No Show Policy

Private room no show is half the appointment, you may can cancel up to one hour prior.

Community room after 2 no shows we will charge a $15 dollar fee.

Group bookings require 4 hours notice to cancel, or full price will be charged.
