Our Movement & Event Studio is available for rent—Looking for a unique venue for your next event, class or workshop? Consider our beautiful, cozy basement studio! Perfect for smaller groups, we offer a couple of rental options to suit your needs.

Studio Rental: $40/hr + GST (2-hour minimum)

Studio with Cold Plunge & Sauna Studio $40/hr + $220/hr + GST for the cold plunge studio ​

Group Breathwork Thursday Evenings Hosted By Meredith - The Marigold Way

Breathe deep and come home to yourself. Meredith of The Marigold Way is bringing guided group breathwork to our Cedar & Soak studio, offering a grounded, formal space to explore this transformative practice in community.
