Hi, I'm Eva!
After spending a few years in Revelstoke embracing the outdoor lifestyle - snowboarding, trail running, exploring and teaching yoga - my desire for growth grounded me back in Vernon to evolve my career in health and wellness.

As a Registered Massage Therapist and Yogi I am always discovering new ways to optimize my mental, emotional and physical health. This holistic approach allows me to further support your wellness journey by integrating movement and mindfulness practices into your treatment plan. In my practice I encourage regulation of the central nervous system, reducing anxiety and stress. I love integrating hydrotherapy as well as techniques such as deep myofascial release and neuromuscular trigger point work. Whether you're seeking relief from pain, looking to enhance mobility and strength or simply needing to unwind and de-stress, I am here to support you towards your goals.
