Driven by a deep commitment to supporting youth through life’s toughest challenges. My
own journey through adversity has shaped a compassionate, relatable approach to
therapy—one that resonates with young people facing bullying, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, and emotional dysregulation. I specialize in creating safe, empowering spaces where healing can begin. As an outdoor enthusiast, I also offer 'walk n talk' therapy, blending movement and nature to foster open, relaxed conversations. This dynamic approach helps clients feel less intimidated and more connected—both to themselves and the world around them.

Samer Dawood, RPC-P

Samer works with men who feel weighed down by life’s turning points, whether it’s the pain of a divorce, the toll of stress, or the heavy pull of grief. His counselling approach creates a steady, non-judgmental space to pause, sort through what’s really happening, and find a way forward that feels both practical and sustainable. He understands how much outside pressures such as work, relationships, and family expectations can shape a man’s inner world. Samer helps clients recognize those external factors, take responsibility for what can be changed, and build resilience around what can’t. Sessions often focus on regaining clarity, strengthening relationships, and developing daily habits that support long-term stability. Samer offers sessions in English and Arabic, in person at Cedar & Soak or online. His goal is simple: to help men step out of survival mode and into a more grounded, meaningful life.
