Stephanie was born and raised in Vernon, BC and graduated with a Bachelors of Social Work with a specialization in Child Welfare and Attachment. Stephanie has a passion for supporting the ones around her and specializing in personalized plans to help you move forward and achieve your desired goals.

From her beginnings in healthcare to advocating for employee care as a public servant, Lindsey has always been drawn to the helping profession. Lindsey’s practice is based on the belief that each of us has within us the ability to learn to deal with life’s stressors and manage the way we deal with the trials and tribulations that life brings our way.

Scott was born in Montreal, and has now spent more than half his life in B.C. pursuing a lifestyle in personally sustainable practices and adventurous interests. Originally receiving a diploma in counselling hypnotherapy, Scott then added a breath coaching certification. He continues to learn and grow, with a heartfelt desire to facilitate your natural ability for positive change.

Alisha Tacoma, RMT
Alisha Tacoma graduated from Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy in 2002. After living and practicing massage in Vancouver for 18 years, she returned to Vernon in 2021 with her family and is enjoying life in the Okanagan.
Blending a variety of techniques, Alisha aims to provide clinically effective treatment in a calm and welcoming environment. Treatments may be deep and focused or more soothing and gentle, never painful. She prides herself on listening and working closely with her clients to develop strong therapeutic relationships. Alisha is also a certified Pilates teacher and often integrates that into treatments and home care.
Paige Hason
Paige Hason offers treatment with a variety of massage therapy techniques. Having graduated from Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy in 2024 she now works as a spa practitioner, and body worker. Striving to create a calming, pleasant place to pause, where you can prioritise enhancing health and wellness. Massage therapy is a great way to compliment your self care journey. Potential benefits of massage encompass, enhanced mood, pain relief, iImproved range of motion, strengthened immune system, and better sleep. Don’t miss out on the opportunity to become a patient of hers before she becomes a fully registered RMT. She will be challenging the board exams spring 2025 to become certified as a Registered Massage Therapist, at the moment treatment is not covered under extended health care.
CHIROPRACTIC
Dr. Amanda Skeen offers full spinal care with extra training in Upper Cervical Knee Chest adjustments. She is also Webster certified and a member of the International Chiropractors Pediatric Association. She graduated from Life Chiropractic College West in California in 2010 Magna Cum Laude as the class Salutatorian.
