Pre-Book

To make sure you secure a spot, pre-book your session online as we only allow 10 people per hour in the facility.

Waiver

If it’s your first time joining us you will need to sign a waiver. Please make sure you review the risks associated with contrast therapy, the etiquette of our establishment, and the cancellation policy.

Shower

To keep our water crystal clear and our tubs running smoothly we ask that all guests shower before they arrive. We have one onsite accessible shower for our patrons to rinse off.

Bathing Suit

All guests are required to wear a bathing suit at all times. We do not carry bathing suits for purchase, if you do not bring a bathing suit you will not be able to use the facility.

Hair Tie

If you have long hair please make sure it’s tied back before entering our cold plunge and sauna area.

Towels

Bring two towels or we will have towels onsite for those who forget! We ask that all borrowed towels be put in the dirty laundry bin before exiting the facility.

We have two changing rooms and lockers to secure your belongings. We ask that all guests change in one of our secure changing rooms as our locker area is coed. We have a blow dryer and hair straightener available for after your session to help you get ready to go back into the world.

If you booked into our Community Studio you will have access to our 110 sq/ft custom dry cedar sauna enhanced with red light therapy and Himalayan Salt and three cold plunge tubs. Our All-in-One cold plunges are chilled as low as 2.5 degrees celsius.

Our private room is the perfect sanctuary for two people. Change area, one cold plunge tub and one infrared full spectrum low EMF sauna will greet you as you enter this cozy private space. Due to the fact we only have one shower, we ask guests using the private room to shower before coming, and step out of the private room to shower before entering the cold plunge.

For the safety and wellbeing of all guests, our cold plunge wellness center maintains a policy of no minors to ensure a serene and controlled environment conducive to relaxation and therapeutic experiences.

With a deliberate 10-person capacity, our cold plunge facility ensures that each guest can fully benefit from the invigorating chill while maintaining the water's optimal temperature. By regulating the number of participants, we guarantee that the cold plunge remains refreshing and effective, enhancing the overall wellness experience for everyone.

Make sure you arrive a few minutes early to change, check-in and say hi to our amazing staff! We have six practitioners in our office space, take some time to familiarize yourself with what other modalities our amazing professionals provide. Waivers and rules every establishment has them! Before entering our cold plunge and sauna area we require our waiver to be read and signed and also that Cedar and Soaks rules of establishment abide by each visit. We have a no show policy. If you book an appointment and do not show up or call you will be charged $15 for missing your appointment. Please call if you are not able to make your appointment.

We have 6 first come first serve parking spaces available across from A&W. Please only park in the first 6 spots as the rest of the lot is reserved and violators may be towed.
