Choosing Your Room: Community or Private?

Booking the Community Room and the Private Room involves different steps:

Community Room: To reserve a spot in this space, visit CLASSES and select the class that fits your preferred time slot. Available time slots will be displayed alongside the class.
Private Room: For booking this room, navigate to SERVICES and choose from our selection of four services. You can book for 1-2 people for either 40 or 60 minutes. Available time slots will be displayed accordingly.

No Show Policy

We understand that life happens, the following no-show policy's have been created to help you help us!

Community Room Dippers

Please let us know if you can’t make your pre-booked appointment. First-time no-shows will not be charged a fee. After that, you will be charged a $15 fee for not showing up to your pre-booked appointment.

Private Room Dippers

Please let us know if you can’t make your pre-booked appointment. Our private room is in high demand and ask for at least 1 hour's notice to cancel your appointment.

No-shows are costly to the business. If you do not call ahead to cancel your appointment you will be charged half of your booking for not showing up.

Group Dippers

Please let us know if you can’t make your pre-booked group appointment. When you book the entire space it is costly to the business if you do not show up. You must give at least 4 hours notice to cancel your pre-booked group appointment or you will be charged a $275 fee for not showing up or a late cancellation.
